Changing your contact details

A new email address or mobile number, and what follows.

The email address and mobile number on your booking are how we reach you, and how you prove the booking is yours. You can change either or both.

How to change them

  1. Ask in the Northly Help chat on this site, when it is open. Contact details cannot be changed in Manage booking.
  2. Give the new email address, the new mobile number, or both. A mobile number starts with its country code, such as +47 or 0047 for Norway. A number without one cannot be saved.
  3. Confirm with the one-time code we send to the email address or mobile number on the booking now, before the change.

What happens next

  • We send a notice of the change to both the old and the new address or number.
  • From then on, the new address or number gets our messages and one-time codes, and it is the one that manages the booking.
  • Travel credit moves with the email address when no other booking uses the old one.

Sending documents somewhere else

Confirmations, invoices and boarding passes go only to the contact details on the booking. To have them sent somewhere else, change the contact details first.

If you no longer have the old email or phone

Then we cannot send you a code to confirm the change. A colleague helps; have your booking reference and a passenger's last name ready.
