Travelling with

Children, infants and pets

Children under 12 always sit next to an adult on their booking, free. Infants fly on a lap. One small dog or cat can come in the cabin.

Infants and children

Infants

14 days to 23 months on the day of each flight

NOK 279 (EUR 25) per flight

On an adult's lap, one infant per adult, two baby items free: a stroller, a car seat or a travel cot. An infant can instead have a seat at the child fare, which is the same fare an adult pays, in an approved car seat.

Children

2 to 15 years

The adult fare

Under 12, we seat them next to an adult on the same booking at no charge. A kids' box is on the pre-order menu on longer flights.

Young travellers

Under 16

Must be on a booking with someone aged 16 or over on the same flights. Northly has no unaccompanied minor service. Travellers aged 16 and 17 may fly alone with no form.

An infant who turns 2 before the return flight needs a child seat for that flight. Tell us and we price it.

Pets in the cabin

NOK 619 (EUR 55) per pet per flight

  • One dog or cat per traveller, in a soft carrier under the seat in front, 8 kg including the carrier.
  • 2 pets per flight, so book early: until 48 hours before departure.
  • Schengen routes only. Pets cannot fly to or from London or Edinburgh.
  • Not in row 1, which has no storage space in front, and not in an exit row.
  • Dogs entering Norway need a tapeworm treatment recorded by a vet 24 to 120 hours before arrival. We remind you; the border checks it.
  • We do not carry animals in the hold. Assistance dogs are not pets and travel free on every route.
