Your booking, your changes
See your trip, and everything you can change on a booking, what it costs and until when. Start with your booking reference and the last name of any passenger on it.
Your booking reference is six letters and digits, for example K7XQ4M. It never contains B, I, L, O, S, Z or the digits 0, 1, 2, 5 and 8, so nothing in it can be misread.

How it works
- Step 1
Find the booking
Give the Northly Help chat, or a colleague on the phone, your booking reference and a passenger's last name. If you write from the email address the booking was made with, we can find it by that too.
- Step 2
Get a price first
Every change is quoted before it is made: the fee, any fare difference and the total. A quote holds for 15 minutes.
- Step 3
Confirm with a code
Anything that moves money, changes who travels or changes how we reach you needs a one-time code, sent to the email or mobile on the booking. You read it back to us.

Group bookings of 10 or more passengers are changed by the groups desk at groups@flynorthly.com, which answers within one working day.
