Checking in at the airport desk costs NOK 399 (EUR 35) per passenger per flight. It is free on Flex, for anyone with a special assistance request, and when online check-in was blocked by a document check.
Flights to and from the UK
London Gatwick and Edinburgh are outside the Schengen area. Before you can check in online for those flights, add each passenger's passport or national identity card details: number, nationality, expiry and date of birth. You do this in the chat or with a colleague, confirmed with a one-time code. We show the number back masked, never in full, and delete it 30 days after the flight.
If the details are missing, the airport desk checks your document and the desk fee is waived. On Schengen routes we collect no document data before travel; bring a valid passport or identity card all the same.
