Careers
Work at Northly
We look for people who like things plain: clear rules, kind words, and a job done properly the first time.
Where we hire
Cabin crew
Based in Oslo, Bergen, Copenhagen or Stockholm, home most nights. Training is paid and takes six weeks.
Pilots
Type-rated on the A320 family. One fleet means you fly every aircraft we own.
Engineering
Line maintenance at all four bases, on sixteen aircraft of one family.
Customer service
A small team in Oslo working alongside our AI assistant, on the cases that need a person.
There are no open positions on this site. Northly is a fictional airline created for product demonstrations. Nobody is recruited through it, and we never ask for personal documents by email.
