Change with no fee

Change the date, time or route until 2 hours before departure. There is no change fee; you pay only any fare difference. A cheaper new flight does not refund the difference. A new route must start in the same country as the original flight.

Switch on the day

On the day of travel you can move to an earlier or later Northly flight on the same route at no cost, as long as the flight has free seats. This is a Flex benefit only; other bundles change at the normal fee.

Cancel to credit

Cancel until 3 hours before departure and get travel credit for 100 percent of the booking. Credit sits in a wallet tied to the email address that made the booking, in the booking's currency, valid 12 months. It pays for any Northly booking you make, for any passengers. It is not cash and cannot be passed to someone else.

How to use it

1. 1Open the booking in Manage booking or ask in the chat.
2. 2Choose change or cancel. The quote shows the fare difference or the credit amount.
3. 3Confirm with the one-time code we send to the email address or mobile number on the booking.
