Cabin bags and priority boarding
A cabin bag comes with priority boarding.
A cabin bag goes in the overhead locker. It comes together with priority boarding, so you board early and the locker has room.
The size
55 x 40 x 23 cm, including wheels and handles, up to 10 kg. On top of this you bring your personal item, 40 x 30 x 20 cm under the seat.
Who has one
- Smart, Plus and Flex include one cabin bag per passenger on every flight.
- Light: buy one for NOK 199 (EUR 18) per passenger per flight, online until 2 hours before departure.
Why the two come together
Lockers fill from the front of the queue. Selling the cabin bag with priority boarding means everyone who paid for a locker space boards early enough to find one.
How to add one
- Open the booking in Manage booking or ask in the chat.
- Choose the passengers and flights.
- Confirm the price with the one-time code we send to the email address or mobile number on the booking.
At the airport desk a cabin bag costs NOK 428 (EUR 38), the online price plus the airport surcharge. A bag that turns out too big at the gate is a different case: it goes in the hold at the airport price for a checked bag. See Buying bags at the airport.
