Pets in the cabin

The rules

• One dog or cat per traveller, in a soft carrier.
• Up to 8 kg including the carrier.
• The carrier stays under the seat in front of you for the whole flight.
• 2 pets per flight, so book early.
• Not in row 1, which has no storage space in front, and not in an exit row.

The price

NOK 619 (EUR 55) per pet per flight. Book until 48 hours before departure.

Where pets can fly

Schengen routes only. Pets cannot travel to or from London Gatwick or Edinburgh.

Animals in the hold

Northly does not carry animals in the hold.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are not pets. They travel free in the cabin on every route; see Special assistance.

Entering Norway with a dog

Dogs entering Norway need a tapeworm treatment recorded by a vet 24 to 120 hours before arrival. We remind you; we do not check. The border authorities do.

How to add a pet

1. 1Open the booking in Manage booking or ask in the chat.
2. 2Tell us the species and the weight with the carrier.
3. 3If both places on the flight are taken, we offer another flight.
4. 4Confirm the price with the one-time code we send to the email address or mobile number on the booking.
