About Alicante
Alicante is a harbour city on the Costa Blanca. Santa Barbara castle sits on Mount Benacantil above the port, and below it the Explanada de Espana runs along the water under palm trees, paved in a wave pattern of coloured tiles.
The city beach, Postiguet, is in the centre, with longer beaches to the north. Tabarca, a small island with a walled village, is a boat trip away.

Terminal and gate
Northly uses the airport’s one passenger building; the boarding pass shows the gate only. The gate is published 3 hours before departure, on the screens and in the booking.
To and from the city
Alicante Elche airport is about 10 km southwest of the city. The airport bus takes about 25 to 30 minutes to the centre. Times are a rough guide; check the local operator for timetables and prices.
Inside Schengen
Flights between Schengen airports have no passport control, and Northly collects no document details before travel. Carry the identity document the countries on your trip ask for. Check-in and documents
