How it works

When you book, our system places each child under 12 in a standard seat next to an adult on the booking, on every flight. There is no fee. You do not need to buy seats to sit together.

If you want particular seats

You can choose specific seats instead, at the normal seat price for your bundle. Four front seats on Light, for example, cost four times NOK 159 (EUR 14) per flight. See Choosing a seat.

Where children cannot sit

• Exit rows and row 1 are for travellers aged 16 or over. See Exit rows.
• Extra legroom seats, row 1 and the exit rows, are for travellers aged 16 or over without an infant, so an adult with an infant on their lap sits elsewhere.
• There is at most one infant on a lap per block of three seats.

If your seats are not together

If you see the family split on your booking, tell us. In Manage booking or in the chat, ask for family seating on each flight and we place you together at no charge. The reference and a last name are enough for this; no code is needed.

Children and the rest of the booking

Children aged 2 to 15 pay the adult fare. Travellers under 16 must be on a booking with someone aged 16 or over on the same flights. More in Infants and children.
