Tracking your bag report
Follow a delayed bag with your PIR and last name.
With your PIR reference and your last name, you can see where your bag is at any time, in the chat or by asking a colleague.
What you need
- Your PIR reference: ten characters, such as OSLN340217. Upper or lower case, with or without spaces, both work.
- The last name on the report.
What you see
- The status: tracing, located, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, declared lost or closed.
- The last scan: where and when the bag was last seen, for example "Copenhagen, bag hall, 21:14".
- Delivery: the address and the time slot, once the bag is on its way.
- Your claim deadlines, worked out from the dates.
What each status means
- Tracing: we are looking for the bag.
- Located: we know where it is and are booking it onto a flight.
- In transit: it is on its way to your airport.
- Out for delivery: it is with the courier for your slot.
- Delivered: it has reached you, and the claim deadlines start.
- Declared lost: not found within 21 days. You can claim for it.
Changing the delivery address
